Medallion Molds

These molds are available as custom designed logo patterns and/or cavities. Shown here (two square molds) is the two molds for making branding medallions. The one with the lettering is a customer order and is the first mold to be poured. The other mold with the circles is actually the cavity mold for the medallions.

Cavity Mold

This is the cavity mold that goes with the pattern only molds. Sold separately to save you money by not having one with every mold.

Tube-In Tube Mounts

These are for use in the Cavity mold to do label casting and other things like my Celtic Knot castings. Sold here individually. They are also available with the purchase of any pattern mold for half the price.

Badge Molds

The text mold has several labels (12 in total) for the medical field. The labels get glued with CA glue (super glue) into the badge after they have been cleaned up from any possible casting overflow. Also having the labels as separate castings allows you to make them a different color from the badges.

With four badge molds and a twelve label mold, all the badges can be made using only five molds instead of forty eight of them which is what would have been the case if the label was part of the badge. The cost would have been sky high if you needed all of them.

The badge mold shown here is the 85 x 80 mm (3.4" x 3.1" - W x H) size. There are three more sizes coming - 85 x 108 mm (3.4" x 4.2"), 60 x 115 mm (2.25" x 4.5") and 60 x 140 mm (2.25" x 5.5"). I know this listing is lacking in photos but I will add more when they become available.

Note: The Badge castings can be adapted to other uses like color coded company section badges.
